Marc Vetri is an acclaimed chef, author, and founder of several award-winning Italian restaurants across the United States. Marc didn’t go to culinary school. He began his culinary career chopping onions for free at a restaurant. He eventually bought a one-way ticket to Italy and came back to the US to work in the culinary industry. Within 2 years of opening his first restaurant in 1998, Marc was recognized as one of Philadelphia’s best chefs.
