Shannon Sovndal is an ER doctor, BJJ practitioner, podcaster and author of several books. Shannon serves as a physician and medical director for multiple EMS agencies and fire departments. Due to the nature of his job, Shannon has seen a lot of suffering over the years. His most recent book Fragile discusses these very experiences and the lessons that they have taught him.
